This exercise of the month is an excellent powerbuilder. Begin in the fullsquat position with the left foot forward. Leap up as high as you can andswitch your feet in the air. Land and drop immediatly into a full squatwith the right foot forward. Leap up again and switch legs landing withthe left foot forward. You have just completed one rep. This exercise willgive you great spring and very quick movements as well as build your lungsand chest. It will add tremendous power to your kicks.You can do this insets of 8 to 10..

The front kick is a very fast and powerful kick. While facing your enemyraise your knee up to your chest and stomp your foot forward into the enemy'smidsection or chest. Pull your foot out as quickly as you went in. Thinkabout stomping your foot down and smashing a can on the ground. This isthe action you want except you will be kicking straight out to the front.
