Dr. Hayes is a 1976 graduate of Cypress College Cypress, California where he received his Associate of Science degree. In 1978, he graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a B.A. degree. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio.
After receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1983, Dr. Hayes performed his residency with the Northeast Ohio Residency program under Robert G. Testa and Jerry Lamendola at Womens’ General Hospital in Cleveland Ohio and Kaiser Permanente In Parma Ohio.
Dr. Hayes is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Medicine and Surgery by the American Council of Certified Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Certified Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons, the International Academy of Podiatric Medicine, and the American Academy of Pain Management.
Dr. Hayes has practiced in DeSoto since 1985 in Waxahachie since 1986 and Kaufman since 1987 coming home to the Dallas area from medical school.
