The project is to be a public-private partnership betweenthe City of Prospect Heights and Prospect Development LLC (PDC). The Cityof Prospect Heights approved and adopted the Milwaukee Avenue/Palatine RoadTax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project and Plan (TIF.) for the redevelopmentarea which includes the site of the arena and its parking. The Tax IncrementBonds are to finance site acquisition, parking and infrastructure costs.
