The grades (Easy to Demanding) indicate the overall difficulty level of each trip. However our all trips are fully supported although, vehicles are not always available for a whole trip. 	Easy ..... treks are suitable for most people in good health of all ages. These treks usually involve gentle walking on comparatively good paths in Mongolia. Only basic skills are needed and no strenuous activity is involved. See what is available ... Easy to moderate ..... treks are principally graded as easy but it often involves occasional difficult days. These treks also may include rough paths. See what is available ... Moderate ..... treks are suitable for regular hill-walkers. These treks require a reasonable level of fitness and a willingness to walk for five to six hours daily. These treks include a considerable amount ascent and descent and the occasional difficult day. See what is available ... Moderate to demanding ..... treks are principally graded as moderate but usually include couple of physically challenging days. These treks also involve difficult paths and terrain as well as higher altitudes. See what is available ... Demanding ..... treks are suitable for good hill-walkers who are competent over difficult paths and terrain.
