Processing Fee

• Syracuse cheap hotelshôtels Berne All non-NIH customers are assessed a processing fee.  The NIH processing fee is paid through the prime contractor via a separate fixed price line item on the Delivery order. (Note: If the Delivery order amount is less than $25,000, there is a minimum NIH processing fee of $250.  If the Delivery order is equal or greater than $25,000, the NIH processing fee is 1% of the amount obligated).  NIH internal clients are charged a fee in accordance with the acquisition mechanism used.  The amount of the fee is contingent on the NIH mechanism chosen for placing the order.
