Open Records Requests

Under the Texas Public Information Act, an individual mayrequest information on any of the following topics:

1. A Pending Complaint;*

cheap hotel in Faro2. Complaint history of a pest controlcompany, or operator;*

3. Licensees;

4. Licensing History;

5. Other Information**

*If the complaint is currently pending or being reviewed bythe Board, the information cannot be released until the Board's Investigation iscomplete.

**All other requests will be reviewed by Board staff todetermine whether the information requested meets the criteria for recordsaccessible to the public.

Request for information may be sent to the Board by regularmail, or in person, to the Board's address at 1106 Clayton Lane, Suite 100 LW,Austin, Texas 78723, by fax (512) 451-9400, or by email to pio@spcbtx.org.

Potential charges associated with answering a request mayinclude staff time, duplication fees, supplies, and postage. If there aresuch charges, the requestor will be notified of the costs prior to theinformation being sent. After payment is received, or if there are nocharges associated with answering the request, the information will be mailed.
