Listed below are the scheduled exam locations, dates, andregistration deadline dates for submitting applications and exam fees for allthe Structural Pest Control Board exams. When submitting the examapplication all exam fees must accompany application. Be sure to write at thetop of the application the exam date and location you have chosen. Applicationsreceived without an exam date & location listed will automatically bescheduled for the next available testing date in your area.

  • The deadline dates are final and no exceptions will be made. Faxed applications are not accepted. All applications andfees postmarked after the deadline date will be deniedfor that exam date. Applications and fees will be held over for the nextavailable testing date unless the applicant requests an optional date.
  • If you cannot attend the test period assigned to you, you may either reschedule or receive a refund if you notify the Board, in writing, 10 days prior to the scheduled exam date. If you do not notify the board in time, the testing fees will be forfeited.
  • If a medical emergency arises or a death in the family occurs you will need to notify the Board, in writing, with the proper documentation, postmarked no later than 10 working days after the exam. For a medical emergency, a doctors excuse will be needed. For a death in the family, a notarized letter will be needed. BUSINESS OR WORK SCHEDULES ARE NOT CONSIDERED EMERGENCIES.

 

*Second day will only be scheduled if enough applications arereceived.
