The World's First 10 Minute, Self-Serve, Film Development System

The Film Input Station, powered by Digital PIC (digital dry film process technology), enables self-service development of exposed 35mm film in minutes, directly into a high resolution RGB digital format without plumbing or hazardous waste, in a footprint of 6 sq. ft. The system develops 14 rolls per hour and accommodates users with multiple rolls.

Customers simply drop their exposed but undeveloped roll of film in the Input Station, key in pertinent information, and take a receipt with their roll number to an edit/select/print kiosk or other output device for image editing and enhancement, printing options, and a Digital Negative CD. Instead of chemical film negatives, the Digital PIC process of the Input Station generates a Digital Negative CD . The CD contains high, medium, and low resolution JPEGs of each image and is capable of generating photographic quality prints. Digital negatives on CD provide customers with the ultimate flexibility in printing, viewing, sharing, and archiving.

When you add a touch screen LCD, a receipt printer, an optional credit/debit card reader, and a one-time use camera opener to the Digital PIC capture engine, you have an Input Station. The Input Station can connect to any network, digital minilab, photo kiosk, or other digital printing device for a full range of photographic quality output.
