Yes there is a cleaning gun made for that specific use. It is a compressed air blow gun which forces a foam cube through the powder hose and scrubs it clean.
The ITW GEMA part number is 125589. This includes a gun, cleaning cubes, a net to catch the cubes, instruction sheet and fittings.
