I know what it is like to hate and to be hated. I understand what it islike to go through disasters in life. To lose love, to lose loved onesthrough death, to raise children, to spend your life working to get ahead.To lose a house and a home through financial ruin during hard times. Iknow the pain of divorce and the hurt for your children. I know what itis to literally fight for your very life. I know what it is to fight somebeserko and defend yourself while hopefully not killing that person inthe process and facing prison time because of his attack.

I know what it is like to sin willfully and find reasons and excuses tojustify it. I know the pull of drugs and alcohol and gambling. I understandthe lure of lust. The hardass attitude toward life and the fear of notknowing if anything I am doing is the right thing for my family. I knowwhat it is to be at home and to suddenly have a shotgun weilding personthere at 2:00AM mistaking you for someone else. I know the feeling of nowhereto run and being faced with another shotgun weilding heroin addict whowants your money and there is no one in sight and it is just darkness allaround you. It is my hope in Jesus Christ that you will find blessing andforgiveness, that you will learn the will and strength to continue thefight to survive. Whether that fight is spiritual or physical

We are all attacked daily.We must learn to defend, defend ourselves and defend our loved ones. Wemust learn to put on the whole armor of GOD, We must understand that nomatter what society says is right, no matter what laws are passed to protectthe guilty, we are obligated to stand on the side of truth.
